These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Accuracy of Site Information & Finish Variations

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, center-to-center drilling measurements (mm/inches), screw gauge specifications, and pricing. Finish & Patina Notice: Living finishes (such as unlacquered brass) naturally develop an oxidized patina over time with touch and exposure. Matte black, brushed brass, and satin nickel electroplated coatings are depicted as accurately as possible, but minor tonal differences may occur across manufacturing batches and digital displays. Reno Vault reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Installation Safety & Plumbing Disclaimer

Trade Installation & Fastener Safety Notice: Proper installation of architectural hardware, heavy drawer pulls, and plumbing fixtures requires accurate drilling, correct torque application, and appropriate wall anchors. Always pre-drill holes and verify water pressure requirements before plumbing installation. Do not overtighten mounting screws into soft cabinet wood or composite boards to prevent thread stripping or timber cracking. Reno Vault is not liable for cracked tiles, warped cabinet doors, water leakage damage, or stripped threads resulting from improper DIY installation or uncertified plumbing modifications.
